The MA course program “Ensuring of Product Lifecycle Technological Process Efficiency” was developed in the framework of the international project «Success» with the participation of European and Russian partners.

Training Direction 151900.68 "Design and technological ensuring of mechanical engineering productions". The Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Professional Education was approved by decree No. 769 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on December 21, 2009. It was registered by decree No. 16218 of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 3 November 2010.

The MA course “Ensuring of Product Lifecycle Technological Process Efficiency” is a network education program for the training of specialists, it is being offered in 4 Russian Partner Universities.

The High-Tech Engineering Production Centre has been created within the TACIS program on the base of the Department for Innovative Technologies of Mechanical Engineering of PNRPU with the goal of implementing advanced professional education.

The following programs for advanced training were developed in accordance with customer needs:

Program No. 1. "Fundamentals of parts and assembly modeling in NX" (according to the main professional educational program 151900 – “Engineering support of machine-building production”), 74 hours in total.

Program No. 2 “Development of control programs for СNC machines in NX CAM. Processing in NX”, (according to the main professional educational program 151900 – “Engineering support of machine-building production”), 74 hours in total.

 

The training is realized under the guidance of professor Karmanov Vadim Vladimirovich, head of the “Department for Innovative Technologies of Mechanical Engineering” (ITME) and director of the High-Tech Engineering Production Centre.

The developed programs are customized to the specific needs of an enterprise.

In 2014 two programs of advanced training for engineering skills were started at the university, namely “Fundamentals of part and assembly modeling in NX” and “Development of control programs for CNC machines in NXCAM. Processing in NX” (http://engineer-cadry.ru/node/23167). The advanced training programs were submitted to the Presidential Programme for Advanced Training of Engineering Personnel 2014 (OECD) in cooperation with the public corporations “Reductor-PM”, “Proton – PM” and “Perm motor plant” (“PMP”) as well as the “Scientific production association “Iskra” (SPA “Iskra”), all strategic partners of Perm National Research Polytechnic University.

On September 12, 2014 15 leading specialists from four enterprises, among them technologists, CNC programmers and design engineers, finished their training on “Consistency of control programs for CNC machines in NXCAM. Processing in NX”.

74 hours of lectures and practical exercises were conducted by leading engineering specialists and teachers of the ITME department. Over the course of three modules “Turning procedures in NX CAM ”, “Milling procedures in NX CAM” and “Hole-making operations in NX” the students formed the competences necessary for practical tasks in their professional activity, including the application of modern CAD for technological tasks.

The participants passed the final examination under these programs and received certificates of advanced training.

From May 12 to September 12, 2014 96 specialists from the industrial enterprises “Reductor-PM”, “Proton-PM”, “PMZ” and “Iskra” were trained in these programs.
